The race is produced and presented by RS Racing Systems. RS Racing Systems is a Timing Company (ChronoTrack) and evenet management company.
Date And Time
The race will start at 12:15pm on Sunday, November 18, 2012. Gates to the facility will open at 10:30am. Leave plenty of time to pick up your packet if you have not picked up the night beefore!
Why Mid-Ohio for a location?
One of the biggest obstacles for mid-sized and longer events is traffic control, cooperation from local communities, and runner safety. Major events in large cities have more roads for alternative routes to divert traffic. In addition, mega events have the selling point of tremendous economic impact on the local community-i.e.350 million dollars to New York City from the 2011 New York City Marathon. The move to Mid-Ohio and their 330 acres is an attempt to find an alternative solution to runner safety and traffic issues.
Pre-Packet Pickup
Pre-race packet pickup will be Saturday evening, November 17, at the Deer Ridge Golf Course in Bellville-at the US 71 interchange from 6-9pm. Cost for the Spaghetti and meatballs dinner with house salad and garlic bread (including coffee, iced tea and water) is $8.50 per person. Packets may also be picked up race morning beginning at 10:45am. The main gates will not open until 10:30am!
Post Race Party And Awards Ceremony
Bib # is your ticket for FREE entry! Kid’s 10 & Under Free, all others $10.00 at the door. L/S wicking T, a unique gift, and a finishers medal to all finishers. There will also be a pullover hooded sweathsirt with the race logo for purchase if you desire. Great food, music, and fun!

Top five overall female and male, Top Masters-Top Grandmasters
Age Groups
14-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over. All awards based on gun time.
ChronoTrack Timing
Featuring splits & net time along with gun time.
Three Person Team Competition
There are three types of Teams- Female, Male, Coed (One or more females). Team Awards-top five in Male, Female, Coed. For Subway Challenge Series relay Competitors the Race counts as one of your events, but no points!
